Eligibility

Expatriates employed by individuals, corporate bodies or governments (i.e.to take up employment in Nigeria)

Requirements for STR Visa

  • Valid passport with minimum of 6 months validity
  • 4 copes of duly completed visa application form (IMM 22);
  • 4 copies of invitation letter;
  • 4 copies of Certificate of Incorporation (C.A.C) of the Inviting Company
  • 4 Copies of Tax Clearance Certificate (F.I.R.S) of the Inviting Company.
  • 4 copies of Letter of employment/appointment
  • 4 copies of Expatriate quota approval from Ministry of Interior.
  • 4 copies of Credentials of the applicant
  • 4 copies of Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume 
  • 4 recent Passport photographs
  • 4 copies of contract;
  • 4 copies of B3 (Police report)
  • The Originals of the documents to be authenticated at the Embassy.
  • Visa fees
  • For chief executive officers (C.E.O) of corporate organizations, there is need for extract of the minutes of the Board's resolution
